CRESTVIEW — A 25-year-old man was charged early Sunday with careless driving and driving under the influence after hitting a parked Crestview Police Department vehicle.

Mosher was later released and arrested for driving under the influence.

The police vehicle sustained about $4,000 in damages. Mosher's vehicle sustained about $2,000 in damages.
