NICEVILLE — Northwest Florida State College’s Dental Assisting Program will offer free dental X-rays next month.
Available appointment times are 8 a.m. to 1:20 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays through June 18 in Building E’s Room 308 of the Gallimore Center for Healthcare Education, 100 College Blvd., Niceville.
Full mouth, bitewing and panoramic X-rays are available using digital imaging and some conventional film. All patients must complete a medical history, must not have a condition that would prohibit having dental X-rays — such as pregnancy or uncontrolled high blood pressure — and must not have had recent dental X-rays taken.
Individuals must have a dentist’s prescription prior to scheduling the appointment. Call 729-6480 to schedule. Fax prescriptions to 729-6460.
The requesting dentist will receive completed X-rays for diagnosis and necessary follow-up treatment.
