Crestview woman charged with Medicaid fraud

CRESTVIEW — With the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office's assistance, the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit of the Florida Attorney General's Office has charged resident Felicia Anderson with Medicaid fraud of more than $17,000.

She was arrested on Friday for allegedly defrauding the Medicaid program for services never rendered, a press release from Attorney General Pam Bondi's office stated.

Anderson could face up to 15 years in prison and $10,000 in fines, if convicted.

The Attorney General's office and the State Attorney's Office are jointly prosecuting the case for the First Judicial Circuit.
