NICEVILLE — Northwest Florida State College's Allied Welding Technologies program has received accreditation from The National Center for Construction Education and Research.
NWF State College launched its vocational certificate program in Welding Technologies with classes starting in August 2013. The new program includes six courses that can be completed in three semesters.
Accreditation assures that students and craft professionals receive quality training based on uniform standards and criteria. The center develops standardized construction and maintenance curricula and assessments with portable credentials.
