Crestview police major resigns amid investigation

CRESTVIEW — Facing internal investigation findings that he violated eight laws and nine city or Police Department policies, Maj. Ken Bundrick submitted his resignation Thursday.

The investigation, initiated after former Maj. Joseph Floyd was convicted in August of operating a criminal enterprise within the department, focused specifically on Bundrick’s role in hiring Floyd, Crestview Police Chief Tony Taylor said.
