OKALOOSA ISLAND — Ozean Development has announced a new mixed-use development that will feature nearly 200 hotel rooms and 100 condominiums.
Construction on the project will be located on the bay side of U.S. Highway 98 across the street from Beasley Park and next to the Elks Lodge.
The development is currently being referred to as Ozean Resort, but its final name has not been decided yet.
