NICEVILLE — Northwest Florida State College has added an evening course for those interested in welding.
The Applied Welding Technologies night program, which begins this fall on the Niceville campus, is now accepting applications.
Classes are 3-10 p.m. Monday through Friday. Limited spots are available, and applicants are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
The college launched its Applied Welding Technologies program last fall to meet the demand for high-skill, high-wage jobs in Northwest Florida.
The program is accredited by the National Center for Construction Education and Research. NWF welding students can earn nationally recognized NCCER certification.
Interested students can complete the application for admission on the college website.
