With the inception of Florida A&M University's School of Diversity in Crestview, the Okaloosa County Chapter of the FAMU National Alumni Association has been reactivated.
All former students, graduates and interested supporters of the university may attend one of these organizational meetings:
• 6 p.m. Aug. 14: Carver Hill School Center, 461 W. School Ave., Crestview
• 6 p.m. Sept. 8: Saundra Daggs’ home, 830 Weeden Island Drive, Niceville
•10 a.m. Sept. 15: Fort Walton Beach Library, 185 Miracle Strip Parkway, Fort Walton Beach
