FORT WALTON BEACH — The Boeing Company has awarded a grant to the United Way of Okaloosa-Walton Counties.

The "Success to Stability" grant funds will help United Way agencies:

•Increase enrollment in and completion of degree, certification and training programs

•Provide access to family-sustaining employment in targeted industries

•Provide support to help individuals retain employment and advance their careers.

The Success to Stability program helps clients of United Way’s local agencies become financially stable, a spokesperson said. It assists working individuals and families who aren't meeting their basic needs with attaining self-sufficiency.
