PENSACOLA — The University of West Florida and Historical Research Associates Inc. have signed a licensing agreement for Next Exit History.
UWF faculty researchers developed the GPS-based mobile app that provides information about more than 55,000 historical sites across the country.
Through the partnership, HRA holds exclusive oversight of Next Exit History, including building income through partnerships. HRA aims to create job opportunities in Northwest Florida for those interested in heritage tourism, cultural resource management and historical research.
