CRESTVIEW — Wesley Carson and Robert Sagaya will represent Northwood Arts and Science Academy during the Okaloosa Scripps National Spelling Bee. In Northwood's Nov. 15 spelling competition, Wesley won first place with the word "ballad," and Robert won second with "faculty."
Okaloosa County's Scripps National Spelling Bee is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Fort Walton Beach High School.
The public can attend at no charge in the school auditorium, 400 Hollywood Blvd. SW.
