CRESTVIEW — Friends and family next month will help raise awareness and funds for a local man who needs a liver transplant.
A community yard sale and barbecue, along with entertainment, are scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 11 in Lifepoint Church's parking lot. Proceeds will benefit Ron Walker.
This is in conjunction with the National Foundation for Transplants. April is Transplant awareness month.
