CRESTVIEW — A 27-year-old soldier with the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) is charged with five felony counts of unlawful sexual activity with certain minors. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 19.
The Crestview Police Department arrested Terry DeWayne Ellison Jr., of Cabana Way, Tuesday evening, less than a week after a parent came forward to report an incident, according to his arrest report.
The victim told detectives they started messaging each other in January 2015 and agreed to meet in February.
Ellison is accused of meeting the minor on several additional occasions up to April 2. They met at his house and went other places in his vehicle, according to the arrest report.
The victim said they brought up their age to Ellison at the beginning of the relationship, the report noted.
