NICEVILLE — Disney Institute will bring its professional development course, Disney’s Approach to Quality Service, to the Emerald Coast on Wednesday, May 20.
The event, hosted by the Costa Leadership Institute at Northwest Florida State College, will teach area professionals how to:
•Adapt Disney business insights to assess and improve their organization
•Determine how to differentiate their service to become a provider of choice
•Design quality service standards to create a consistent service experience.
•Use tools to gauge individual customers' needs, wants, stereotypes and emotions
•Understand the processes necessary to develop a culture that consistently delivers exceptional service.
•Recover effectively from a service failure and turn it into an opportunity to strengthen customer relationships.
Registration is $235 and includes all course materials as well as breakfast and lunch.
