NICEVILLE — September auditions are planned for Northwest Florida State College's Spring 2016 production of "The Third Side," an original full length dramatic thriller.
Sign in is 6 p.m. Sept. 2 in the Sprint Theater of the Mattie Kelly Arts Center. Auditions start at 6:30 p.m.
Prepare a one-minute serious monologue to audition for a flexible cast of 11 males and three females.
The premiere production of "The Third Side" is March 16-19. It's an original work by James Clinton and directed by Clint Mahle.
Part espionage, part political, it follows a young, proud writer who finds himself in London trying to climb the social ladder to success. He finds himself caught between rival forces in the petty intrigues of powerful men and must find his way to survival. The Third Side examines the idea that truth often lies outside the two sides to a story.
