CRESTVIEW — The 2015-16 Paul Hsu Foundation Teaching Excellence Awards in Math and Science is accepting nominations for exemplary North Okaloosa County high school teachers.
Two recipients will be selected to each receive special recognition and a $5,000 award.
Potential PHF TEAMS candidates are nominated math or science (including computer science) teachers who follow program application guidelines for eligibility and participation in the PHF TEAMS selection process.
The Crestview Area Chamber of Commerce is accepting nominations through Oct. 30 at www.surveymonkey.com/r/6QTMPYY.
