CRESTVIEW — The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office is looking for David Brian Kelley, 16, a Crestview resident last seen about 9 a.m. Aug. 26 at his home, 5847 Flamingo Road. He was wearing dark colored shorts, a t-shirt and a Florida State baseball cap.
David is a white male, approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 130 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
