CRESTVIEW — Garrett Scott Teal, a sexual offender, has registered a new address of 2609 Palamino Trail, Crestview, with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
Teal, 23, is a white male with brown hair and blue eyes. He is 6-feet-2 and weighs 195 pounds.
Teal was adjudicated on Aug. 27, 2015 in Walton County of providing obscene material to a minor.
