CRESTVIEW — Erich Lenquell Justice, 17, has been sentenced to 25 years prison on second-degree murder with a firearm, racketeering and conspiracy to commit racketeering.

The charges stem from the Jan. 21, 2015 killing of Crestview teenager Mark Anthony Williams.

The sentence imposed is a minimum mandatory sentence, according to William Eddins, State Attorney for the First Judicial Circuit.

The charges involve gang-related activity that involved several co-defendants, Bernard Jamill Nunnally, Nijajuan Jacoby Russell and Marvin Andrew Wilkins.

The racketeering charges involved the sale of illegal drugs in the Okaloosa County area.

Circuit Judge Michael Flowers imposed the 25-year prison sentence.

The investigation and arrest were conducted by the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office. Assistant State Attorney Jonathan Schlechter was responsible for the prosecution.

Tentative trial dates for Nunnally, Russell and Wilkins are March 14, May 9 and April 11, respectively.
