CRESTVIEW — Guardian Ad Litem of Crestview has scheduled a ceremony to reflect on abused abused, abandoned and neglected children.
The event is 2:30 p.m. Sunday, April 3 at Twin Hills Park’s picnic pavilion behind Northwest Florida State College's Sikes Education Center.
Featured speakers will talk about child welfare.
