BULLDOG BITES: Crestview High School crowns 47th Miss CHS

CRESTVIEW — On April 2, the 47th annual Miss CHS pageant was held at 6 p.m. The contestants were scored based on introductions, outfit of choice, formal gown, and the interview portion. The awards were presented by 2015-2016 Homecoming Queen Rebecca Bryan. There were ten contestants. Of the following categories five out of 10 placed.

Most Photogenic: Jillian Parker

Viewer's Choice: Ashley Humphrey

Miss Congeniality: Jodie Meeks

2nd Alternate: Allison Ammons

1st Alternate: Lindsay Huckabee

2016 Miss CHS: Jodie Meeks

As entertainment between categories, the Thespians performed their opening number from "Emma! A Pop Musical" featuring Riley Williams as Emma. The Thespians also performed an original pantomime about a pageant.

The 2016 Bulldog Idol winner, Zoe Carr, also performed the song "Diamonds Are A Girl's Best Friend.
