CRESTVIEW — A Tennessee man accused of sexually battering a child faces a May 18 court appearance.

An Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office arrest report states that Kenneth Marion Webster, 37, of Clairborne Drive, Newport, Tenn., was arrested April 4 Crestview.

During a Dec. 15, 2015 interview and medical examination, a 10-year-old said Webster touched her breasts and vagina in a lewd, lascivious manner with one hand and masturbated with the other, and this occurred numerous times in Florida, most recently in Crestview.

The girl reported the abuse while in Tennessee, and the Department of Children's Services "substantiated the abuse and an injunction … was granted" to protect her from any contact with Webster, according to OCSO.

“The defendant violated this order by continuing to abuse the victim,” the arrest report stated.
