CRESTVIEW — The Crestview Area Chamber of Commerce schedule includes the June events listed below.
●Networking breakfast, 7 a.m. June 2, at Crestview Community Center, 1446 Commerce Drive, Crestview. Cost is $3 per person, and breakfast is provided by Uncle Bill's Family Restaurant and sponsored by Community Bank. "Let it Ride" is $1,750 this month. The winner must be present to win.
●The Health and Wellness Committee meets 8:30 a.m. June 7 at the chamber office. Its members do not have to be in a health-related field; they just have an interest in promoting health for themselves and others.
●The Government Issues Committee meets 8:30 a.m. June 8 at the chamber office. It functions as the chamber's eyes and ears for local, state, national legislative issues, laws and ordinance that directly or indirectly affects or restricts the ability of our members or a member to conduct business.
●Chamber Ambassadors "Let's Do Lunch" is noon June 9 at Zaxby's in south Crestview. Network and have lunch in a very informal meeting. Invite a new member, friend, board member, or someone who is thinking about joining the chamber to have lunch with you. RSVP to Anne Shaffield, ashaffield@careersourceow.com.
●Business After Hours is 5-6:30 p.m. June 9 at the Heritage Museum of Northwest Florida, 115 Westview Ave., Valparaiso. To commemorate Crestview's centennial, there will be free tours of original artifacts from the Crestview L&N Railroad Depot. Door prizes, complimentary beer, wine, soft drinks and food from Cracker Barrel will be available.
●The chamber's Installation & Awards Banquet is 5:30 p.m. June 23 at the Crestview Community Center. Tickets are $40, and a corporate table costs $350.
