FORT WALTON BEACH — Workshops to assist students in the Okaloosa County High Schools taking the Sept. 10 ACT and the Oct. 1 SAT are scheduled.
Alice Hart will conduct the workshop, which consists of six sessions at each location preparing for both the ACT and the SAT. Students taking just the ACT need to contact Hart as listed below.
Fort Walton Beach High School workshop dates and times are 2:15-4:15 p.m. each day, Sept. 6, 7, 8, 12, 13 and 14 in the school's Media Center, 400 Hollywood Blvd. SW.
Registrations for this workshop must be postmarked by Aug. 23. Registration forms have been mailed to the area high schools.
All materials, snacks and drinks are furnished. Students will need to bring calculators.
