CRESTVIEW — The Crestview Area Sister City program will have a picnic to provide information about a Sister City visit.The picnic is set for noon Sept. 24 at the Twin Hills Park picnic shelter off Purl Adams Avenue, Crestview. The public may attend the event at no charge.
