CRESTVIEW — Jack Wayne Williams, a sexual predator, has filed a Crestview address with the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office.
He filed 5552 U.S. Highway 393, Crestview as a permanent address.
Williams, a 51-year-old white male with brown hair and hazel eyes, is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 187 pounds.
He was convicted of one count of sexual battery on a child under 12 by an adult July 14, 1998 in Pasco County, Florida, according to an OCSO media release.
