CRESTVIEW — AmVets Post 35 of Crestview is offering free membership to eligible active duty, retired military and veterans.
The group will accept memberships through Nov. 12 and will take applications after the Veterans Day Memorial Wall ceremony Nov. 11 at the Crestview courthouse.
To join, potential members should bring their military I.D., retired I.D., or honorable discharge DD Form 214. to the post, which opens 11 a.m. Monday through Saturday at 105 John King Road, Crestview.
