•Jerrold Eli Gundy, 42, Crestview, drug possession within 1,000 feet of a place of worship or convenience business.
•Edward Holloway, 57, Crestview, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.
•Brittany Lee Josey, 20, Shalimar, producing marijuana.
•Jacy Dane McCuiston, 36, Crestview, possession with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver drugs within 1,000 feet of a place of worship or convenience business, amphetamine trafficking of 14 grams or over, smuggling contraband into a detention facility and probation violation.
•John Francis Rice, 27, Crestview, fleeing or eluding police.
•Amanda Sheri Toolan, 24, Crestview, larceny theft $300-$5,000, exploitation of the elderly less than $10,000 and passing a forged, altered instrument.
•Ashley Dawn Varnum, 31, Laurel Hill, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
•Virginia Kathleen Cundiff, 20, Crestview, producing marijuana, possession of marijuana over 20 grams and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
•Philip Michael Alan Merritt, 23, Baker, fraud — false owner information for pawned items.
•Andrew Scott Miley, 54, Crestview, failure to appear.
•James Clifford Roberts, 34, Crestview, probation violation.
•Kenneth James Mastanduno, 32, Crestview, unarmed burglary to a structure or conveyance with a person inside.
•Jerrence Tynelle Singletary, 33, Crestview, probation violation.
•Leeroy Allen Alford, 71, Laurel Hill, battery on person 65 years of age or older.
•Whitney Blake Henderson, 37, unlisted address, amphetamine trafficking over 14 grams.
•Sabrina Marie Roberson, 30, Holt, probation violation.
•Terry Edward Wheeler, 62, Holt, cruelty toward child without great bodily harm.
•Samantha Nicole Black, 23, Laurel Hill, larceny theft totaling $300-$5,000, exploitation of the elderly less than $10,000, and passing a forged, altered instrument.
•David Russell Holbrook, 43, Crestview, premeditated homicide.
•Virginia Ann Reeves, 60, Paxton, unarmed burglary to a dwelling and larceny $20,000-$100,000.
