SHALIMAR — A sexual predator has filed a permanent change of address with the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office.
Elliott Dedon Hutchinson II's new address is 3801 New Ebenezer Road, Laurel Hill.
Hutchinson, 49, is a 5-feet-9-inch black male with brown eyes and black hair. He weighs 210 pounds.
He was convicted of failure to register as a sexual predator Jan. 6; lewd or lascivious conduct with a child under age 16 in August 2003; lewd or lascivious conducted with a child under age 16 in November 1990; lewd or lascivious conduct with a victim under 16 years old by an offender 18 or older in August 2004; lewd or lascivious exhibition on a victim under 16 by an offender age 18 or older; and failure to comply with sex offender registration in November 2002, all in Okaloosa County.
