CRESTVIEW — The Davidson Dash Relay for Life fundraiser, themed "The Course Awakens: Galactic 5K/10K, Episode 9," is set this weekend.
Races are 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Feb. 11 at Davidson Middle School, 6261 Old Bethel Road, Crestview. Participants may run or walk a 5K, a 10K or a kids run, or virtually participate.
Early registration costs range from $10 to $30 per person, and increase Feb. 10 at noon. Register at https://runsignup.com/Race/Events/FL/Crestview/DavidsonDash#event-134606.
"The registration fees will be donated to the American Cancer Society in an effort to find a cure for cancer, a disease that has affected so many people in our community," the DMS Relay for Life team stated on the registration page.
