North Okaloosa's Feb. 28 to March 5 arrests

CRESTVIEW — The Crestview Police Department and Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office provided these arrest reports.

Defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

•Seth Thomas Crooks, 25, Crestview, aggravated child abuse.

•Kevin Tyrone Russell, 41, Crestview, aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill.

•Tony J. Byrd III, 20, Crestview, aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill.

•Gabriela Marie Bogey, 29, Crestview, fraud — false owner information for pawn items totaling $300 or less.

•Tony Jerome Byrd, 20, Crestview, aggravated battery using a deadly weapon, firing a weapon or discharging a firearm from a vehicle, and weapon or ammunition possession by a convicted Florida felon.

•Darin Evan Lewis, 46, Crestview, weapon or ammunition possession by a convicted Florida felon.

•Daniel Dewayne Nolan, 32, Crestview, probation violation.

•Heather Kay Parker, 32, Laurel Hill, dealing in stolen property.

•Darrisha Tiera Burden, 24, Pensacola, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

•Michael Joseph Dees, 45, Crestview, public order crimes — keeping public nuisance structure for drug activity.

•William Dean Lively, 53, Crestview, possession of a legend drug without a prescription with intent to sell and controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Timathy Michael Matthews, 30, Florala, Ala., controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Kevin Eugene Moorman, 55, Baker, driving with suspended license, habitual offender.

•Eric William Blevins, 40, Crestview, theft totaling $300-$5,000 and passing forged, altered instrument.

•Damion Tavaki Hendrix, 40, Crestview, controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Jeremy Nathan Jernigan, 39, Crestview, vehicle grand theft and dealing in stolen property.

•Richard Benjamin Jones, 21, Fort Walton Beach, unarmed burglary of a structure or conveyance without a person inside.

•Brandy Nicole Kelley, 28, unlisted address, controlled substance possession without a prescription and smuggling contraband into a detention facility.

•Amy Marie King, 36, Baker, bank bill or promissory note counterfeiting and fraud — cashing or depositing item with intent to defraud.

•Jerred Drew Anderson, 36, Crestview, driving with suspended license, third or subsequent offense.

•Tracy Lynn Johnson, 48, Crestview, probation violation.

•Joseph Charles Comeau, 22, Crestview, delivering or distributing Schedule III or IV drugs.

•Adam Cadet, 26, unlisted address, possession or sale of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a church.

•Michael Henry J. Duncan, 21, unlawful possession or sale of a controlled substance and controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Jason Timothy Reiling, 37, Crestview, motor vehicle grand theft, failing to leave information at an accident scene, and driving with a suspended license.
