CRESTVIEW — The Crestview Police Department and Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office provided these arrest reports.

Defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

•Cody J. Faraci, 19, Holt, controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Jessica L. Fickett, 21, Crestview, burglary of an occupied conveyance.

•James Louis Todd Balazs, 37, Fort Walton Beach, introducing contraband into a detention facility.

•Darion Christopher Gillings, 21, Crestview, smuggling contraband into a detention facility.

•Zachary Tyler Jernigan, 36, Crestview, cruelty toward a child without great bodily harm.

•Jeremy Athan Baggett, 35, Holt, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

•Giovanni D. Hernandez, 36, Crestview, driving with suspended license, third or subsequent offense.

•Kevin Alan Rogers, 48, Crestview, two counts of probation violation.

•Justin Adam Williams, 28, Crestview, arson.

•Blaire Lizabeth Hanson, 27, Crestview, probation violation.

•Justin Adam Williams, 28, Crestview, vehicle grand theft.

•Jessica Michelle Hoedebeck, 26, Crestview, battery by a person detained in a prison or jail facility.

•Mary Kathleen Stanley, 34, Crestview, probation violation.

•Ashley Dawn Varnum, 31, Laurel Hill, failure to appear and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

•Michael L. Howell, 59, Laurel Hill, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.
