CRESTVIEW — The Crestview Police Department and Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office provided these arrest reports.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

•Mealinda Leigh Bess, 24, DeFuniak Springs, controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Kenneth E. Martin Jr., 19, Crestview, carrying a concealed weapon or firearm.

•Jarques Deaaron Drake, 25, Crestview, three counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

•Michael Dewayne Griffin, 56, Crestview, controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Oakley James Kimbrel, 18, Baker, lewd or lascivious battery —engages in sexual activity with a person age 12-16.

•Mark Harding Lambert, 49, Crestview, failure to appear.

•Dustin Lewis Reeves, 44, Niceville, vehicle grand theft and dealing in stolen property.

•Shana Marie Martin, 32, Milton, robbery with a weapon.

•Samantha Danielle Nicole Wilson, 22, Ponce de Leon, possession of a controlled substance.

•William Clay Kalinowski, 22, Crestview, carrying a concealed weapon or firearm, use or display of a firearm during a felony and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

•Tiffany Shawnee Lowe, 32, Crestview, probation violation.

•Shannon Nicole Norman, 36, Crestview, driving while license suspended or revoked, third or subsequent offense.

•Justin Adam Williams, 28, Crestview, probation violation.

•Jeremy Dustin Holley, 44, Baker, probation violation.

•Kelly Rebecca Thompson, 37, Crestview, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and smuggling contraband into a detention facility.

•Alfonzo Lester Williams, 32, Crestview, fraud — failure to redeliver hired, leased property, $300 or over.

•John Hunter Brown, 28, of Fort Walton Beach, marijuana possession over 20 grams.

•Godfrey Cornelius Green, 42, Crestview, domestic battery by strangulation and obstructing justice — tampering in first-degree felony proceeding.

•Sabrina Marie Roberson, 30, Holt, larceny totaling $300 to $5,000.

•Ritchie Glenn Campbell, 47, Crestview, failure to appear.

•Justin Michael Cumbie, 28, Crestview, failure to appear.

•Charles James Haggart, 24, public order crimes — pointing laser light at driver or pilot.

•Christopher Corey Murray, 25, Crestview, theft is $300 to $5,000.

•Jerrica Ann Snyder, 35, Crestview, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

•Derrick Cole Taylor, 23, Crestview, public order crimes — pointing laser light at driver or pilot.

•Cynthia M. Allen, 43, Crestview, failure to appear.

•Brian Casey Davis, 34, DeFuniak Springs, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.

•Brian Dean Howard, 44, Crestview, cruelty toward a child.
