CRESTVIEW — The Crestview Police Department and Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office provided these arrest reports.
Defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
•Thomas Aaron Kilpatrick, 34, Crestview: aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, weapon or firearm possession by a convicted Florida felon and cruelty to animals.
•Martayvais Ty'Ree La Sorey, 24, Crestview: weapon or firearm possession by a convicted Florida felon and two counts of firing a missile into a conveyance or dwelling.
•Dakota Cordell Gray, 21, Crestview: failure to appear.
•Jason Wayne Hess, 37, Pensacola: possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
•Joey Mitchell Houser, 40, Crestview, vehicle grand theft.
•Sergio Andres Santiago, 39, Crestview: probation violation.
•Ronald William Welch, 40, Baker: cruelty toward child without great bodily harm.
•David Randall Bertram, 41, Crestview: theft totaling $300-$5,000, dealing in stolen property, counterfeiting of public record certificate etc., and passing a forged altered instrument.
•Joey Kyle Smelley, 25, Crestview: theft totaling $300-$5,000.
•Harvey Howell Langley, 35, Baker: driving with suspended license — habitual offender.
•Justin Frankie Maddox, 26, Holt: fraud — uttering a false instrument and forgery of altered bank bill or promissory note.
•Joseph Brian Watson, 38, Crestview: two counts of failure to appear.
•Vincent Joseph Waters, 33, Crestview: probation violation.
•Demone Edward Blackman, 42, Crestview: aggravated battery using a deadly weapon.
•Phillip Michael Alan Merritt, 23, Crestview: weapon offense, using or displaying a firearm during a felony and property damage over $1,000.
•Aaron Earl Barnes-Burpo, 25, Crestview: two counts of probation violation.
•Eric Lee Culpepper, 40, Crestview: contempt of court.
•Logan Alexander McPherson, 20, Crestview: property damage over $1,000.
