CRESTVIEW — Richbourg School has students from prekindergarten through age 22. Once the students reach high school, they begin preparing to transition into the real world.

The on-the-job training program at Richbourg School helps students meet their fullest potential. The OJT program and several local businesses partner up and, together, give students vital job skills to enter the workforce when the opportunity arises.

Business partners provide training so that the students can obtain necessary work experience and references in the hopes of becoming gainfully employed either before or after graduation. The students rotate to different positions to gain work experiences in various venues.

Business owners interested in employing Richbourg School students can contact Tracy Long at 689-5089.
