CRESTVIEW — The Crestview Police Department and Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office provided these arrest reports.

Defendants are innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

•Roy Nelson Howland II, 55, of Gulf Breeze: controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Seth Thomas Crooks, 26, Crestview: violation of probation or community control.

•Jeff Allen Ladue, 25, of Crestview: violation of probation or community control.

•Kaitlin Dawn Williams, 24, of Crestview: controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Christopher James Stearns, 24, of Crestview: grand theft — stolen property greater than $300.

•Timothy Vernon Commee, 40, of Laurel Hill: Driving with suspended license — third or subsequent offense.

•Sarah Susanne Miller, 20, of Niceville: controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Shannon Renard James, 31, of Crestview: weapon or ammunition possession by a convicted Florida felon; marijuana possession with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; amphetamine trafficking — 14 grams or more; and destroying, tampering or fabricating evidence.

•Jonathan Robert Johnson, 20, of Crestview: marijuana possession over 20 grams and controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Trent Nathan McKinney, 34, of Holt: controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Lorraine Renee Schuhr, 47, of Crestview: controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Amy Renee Rother, 45, of Lafayette, Louisiana: fugitive from justice.

•Shawn David Stepp, 47, of Crestview: resisting officer — fleeing or eluding officer who has lights or siren activated.

•Dylan John Branham, 23, of Crestview: resisting officer — fleeing or eluding officer who has lights or siren activated and probation violation.

•Rufus John Hardy, 50, of Holt: controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•David Brian Kelley, 18, of Crestview: fleeing or eluding police at high speed.

•Joseph David Martin, 22, of Crestview: marijuana possession — over 20 grams.

•Nikolas Henry Montemayor, 19, unlisted address: preventing or obstructing extinguishing of a fire.

•George Ivan King, 38, of Crestview: controlled substance possession without a prescription and cocaine possession.

•Richard Majestic McNabb, 38, of Crestview: cocaine trafficking — 28 grams.

•Rayshawn Durrell Shoffner, 24, of Crestview: controlled substance possession without a prescription.
