North Okaloosa's Oct. 5 to Nov. 2 arrests

CRESTVIEW — The Crestview Police Department and Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office provided these arrest reports.

Defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

•Wesley Dale Gwynn, 50, of Crestview: violation of probation or community control and knowingly operating a vehicle with a suspended license.

•James Leonard Burgess II, 37, of Crestview: unlawful possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

•Jennifer S. Barnett, 52, of Monroe, Louisiana: two counts of battery on a law enforcement officer, emergency medical technician or firefighter.

•Jesse Manuel Payne, 33, of Crestview: violation of probation or community control.

•Demetrius Alexander Siler, 34, of Crestview: fugitive from justice.

•Shannon Lindsay Barto, 34, of Holt: marijuana possession, unlawful possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, unlawful possession or sale of a controlled substance and violation of probation or community control.

•Keller A. Lambert, 20, of Baker: unlawful possession or sale of a controlled substance.

•Desiree Jazel Lige, 25, of Crestview: aggravated battery using a deadly weapon.

•Jacqueline Lashaunn Lige, 45, of Crestview: aggravated battery using a deadly weapon.

•Nicholas Clay Adams, 39, of Crestview: aggravated battery using a deadly weapon.

•Abdon Mekal Bell, 20, of DeFuniak Springs: obstructing justice — tampering in a misdemeanor proceeding.

•Jordan Everett Glover, 26, of Crestview: possession of over 20 grams of marijuana.

•Douglas Lavonne Rogers, 64, of Laurel Hill: possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of a listed chemical with manufacture of a controlled substance and probation violation.

•Bridget Michele Napier, 39, of Laurel Hill: theft totaling $300 to $5,000.

•Jason Michael Jacobs, 35, of Crestview: burglary tools possession and controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Ralph Andrew Keefover, 54, of Crestview: carrying a concealed weapon or firearm, using, displaying etc. a weapon during a felony, possession of a weapon or ammunition by a Florida convicted felon, cocaine possession with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver, and controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Kasey Danielle Sweck, 25, of Baker: probation violation.

•Donna Junita Lawson, 55, of Navarre: driving with suspended license — third or subsequent offense.

•Randy Perez, 45, of Crestview: vehicle grand theft.

•Tracy Lamar Robinson, 44, of Crestview: possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

•Jeffery Lee Sowell, 49, of Fort Walton Beach: fugitive from justice.

•Beverley Jane Wilson, 31, of Crestview: aggravated child abuse.
