North Okaloosa's Nov. 14 to Dec. 19 arrests

CRESTVIEW — The Crestview Police Department and Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office provided these arrest reports.

Defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Michael Lee Lewis, 55, of Crestview: leaving the scene of a crash with injury.

Quay'Shoan Jal'Marquish Jenkins, 22, of Fort Walton Beach: grand theft of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon or firearm, violation of probation or community control, and evidence tampering.

Devin Blake Appleton, 21, of Crestview: aggravated assault with intent to commit a felony.

Danny Lamar Livingston, 31, of Crestview: driving with a suspended or revoked license, third or subsequent offense.

April Chestnut McPherson, 36, of Crestview: driving with a suspended or revoked license, third or subsequent offense.

Kelley Glenn Ganje, 49, of Crestview: threat to harm a public servant, driving under the influence — four or more convictions, and driving with a suspended or revoked license — third or subsequent offense.

Roberto Luis Solis II, 28, of Niceville: burglary to an unoccupied conveyance.

Thomas Carl LaFrance, 52, of Crestview: controlled substance possession without a prescription, failure to register as a Florida convicted felon and two counts of possession of a firearm or weapon by a convicted felon.

Richard Lee Carpenter Jr., 30, of Crestview: petit theft — two convictions.

Abner Theodore McElrath, 35, of Crestview: possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and violation of probation or community control.

•Ashton Beaux Hunter Hale, 26, of Crestview: grand theft of stolen property greater than $300.

•Sherri Ann Vaughn, 50, of Crestview: aggravated assault on law enforcement officer and fleeing — attempting to elude a law enforcement officer.

•Sarah Johanna Mount, 43, of Crestview: unlawful possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, evidence tampering and fleeing/attempting to elude a law enforcement officer.

•Charles Howard Coleman III, 36, of Crestview: robbery — no weapons used.

•Jeannette Renae McBeth, 56, of Crestview: controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Lamontey Trebor Powell, 25, of Hammond: aggravated battery on victim the offender should have known was pregnant.

•Michael Eugene Bell, 39, of Crestview: public order crimes — keeping a public nuisance structure for drug activity and controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Rea Noel Hamm, 26, of Crestview, controlled substance possession without a prescription and smuggling contraband into a detention facility.

•Katrin Mae Lee Neel, 22, of Crestview: controlled substance possession without a prescription and probation violation.

•Zackery Scott Allan Wal Neel, 22, of Crestview: controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Darren Tyler Simmons, 24, of Crestview: controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Charla Rae Lynn Durgan, 22, of Crestview: controlled substance possession without a prescription, probation violation and smuggling contraband into a detention facility.

•Jason Allen Gafford, 33, of Fort Walton Beach: property damage –criminal mischief over $1,000.

•Christopher Gene Rogers, 36, of Laurel Hill: battery — second or subsequent offense.
