North Okaloosa's Dec. 20-26 arrests

CRESTVIEW — The Crestview Police Department and Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office provided these arrest reports.

Defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

•Matthew Jay Heaton, 25, of Crestview: probation violation.

•Timothy Gary Holt, 44, of Laurel Hill: controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Roberto Luis Solis, 28, of Crestview: theft totaling $300 to $5,000.

•Jennifer Lee Bennett, 39, of Fort Walton Beach: destroying, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.

•Larry Wayne Pursley, 42, of Crestview: controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Harold Ernest McCleery, 50, of Crestview: battery, second or subsequent offense.

•Reco Jermaine Williams, 36, of Shalimar: driving with suspended or revoked license — third or subsequent offense.

•James Jasper Strickland, 25, of Crestview: two counts of battery on law enforcement officer, emergency medical technician or a firefighter, and one count of misuse of 911.
