CRESTVIEW — The Crestview Police Department and Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office provided these arrest reports.

Defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Justin Lee Abrisch, 34, of Crestview: probation violation.

James Michael Connolly, 23, of Fort Walton Beach: controlled substance possession without a prescription.

Stephanie Lynn Lucas, 32, of Holt: probation violation.

Christopher Clayton McClellan, 23, of Crestview: probation violation.

Phillip Michael Alan Merritt, 24, of Crestview: probation violation.

Holly Beth Nielsen, 30, of Crestview: two counts of controlled substance possession without a prescription.

Rachel Anna Raabe, 30, of Crestview: two counts of controlled substance possession without a prescription and probation violation.

Annie Jean Walters, 34, of Baker: probation violation.

Stacy Leighann Howlett, 35, of Crestview: driving with suspended license, third or subsequent offense.

Shawn Christopher McSpadden, 29, of Crestview: controlled substance possession without a prescription and driving with suspended license, third or subsequent offense.

Christopher David Smith, 35, of Crestview: probation violation.

Gearlnette Elaine Johnson, 43, of Baker: cocaine possession.

Ryan Michael Johnson, 27, of Crestview: lewd or lascivious exhibition — intentionally masturbates in the presence of a victim younger than 16.

Buren Thomas Barton, 54, of Baker: probation violation.

Wanda Kaye Carpenter, 27, of Crestview: probation violation.

Kyle Anthony Scott, 21, of Fort Walton Beach: unarmed burglary of a dwelling.

Joey Kyle Smelley, 26, of Baker: larceny totaling $20,000 to $100,000, grand larceny of a firearm, vehicle grand theft and home invasion robbery.

Jimmy Joe Faulk, 54, of Laurel Hill: possession of over 20 grams of marijuana.

Alejandro Jose Flores, 34, of Crestview: driving with a suspended license, third or subsequent offense, cocaine possession and probation violation.

Desmus T. McTear, 32, of Crestview: driving with suspended license, third or subsequent offense.

Roxie Lee Murray, 25, of Crestview: probation violation.

Gregory Lamar Seagle, 46, of Crestview: probation violation.

Charles J. Booker, 33, of Tampa: motor vehicle grand theft.

Earl Ray Watson, 32, of Crestview: controlled substance possession without a prescription and introduction of contraband into a detention facility.
