North Okaloosa March 8-15 arrests

CRESTVIEW — The Crestview Police Department and Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office provided these arrest reports.

Defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

•William Edward Barton, 27, of Crestview: domestic battery by strangulation.

•Marleon Dawayne Binford, 28, of Crestview: driving while license suspended or revoked (habitual offender.)

•Nicholas Allen Blain, 35, of Crestview: possession of photographs of sexual performance by a child, obscene communication/transfer of child pornography, and using a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony.

•Jamel Lee Coleman, 22, of Crestview: robbery with a firearm.

•Thomas Harold Davis, 40, of Crestview: controlled substance without a prescription and two counts of probation violation.

•Taylor Ryan Fender, 23, of Crestview: controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Kamau Kali Hall, 43, of Crestview: insurance fraud totaling $20,000-$100,000.

•Keyshan Christian McClearn, 20, of Crestview: robbery with a firearm.

•Gerald Dewayne Gantt, 39, of Crestview: probation violation.

•Keyshan Christian McClearn, 20, of Crestview: probation violation.

•Elizabeth Renee Ruger, 37, of Fort Walton Beach: controlled substance possession without a prescription and smuggling contraband into a detention facility.

•Dale Curtis Austin, 60, of Baker: sexual battery of a victim under 12 years old by an offender over age 18.

•Amanda Marie hatton, 23, of Holt: child neglect without great bodily harm and two counts of controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Chloe Summer Smith, 20, of Laurel Hill: kidnapping/human trafficking of a person under age 18 by a person 18 or older.

•Jared Charles Smith: child neglect without great harm and two counts of controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Morgan Bailey Markward, 18, of Crestview: controlled substance possession without a prescription.

•Rusty Duane Rogers, 37, of Crestview: probation violation.

•Michael David Williams, 56, of Crestview: marijuana distribution or delivery within 1,000 foot of a place or worship or school.

•Troy Wade Davis, 47, of Crestview: probation violation.

•Susan Diane Ford, 40, of Crestview: controlled substance possession or sale.

•Martheny Renea Burgess, 34, of Childersburg, Alabama:  controlled substance possession or sale.

•Ryan Lee Cayton, 28, of Navarre: providing false owner information to a pawn broker.
