North Okaloosa March 19 through April 18 arrests

CRESTVIEW — The Crestview Police Department and Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office provided these arrest reports.

Defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Courtney Lynne Baker, 31, of Baker: property damage over $1,000.

Dennis Alan Denton, 22, of Baker: failure to appear.

Katrin Mae Lee Neel, 22, probation violation.

Johnny Lee Akins, 34, of Crestview: weapon or ammunition possession by convicted Florida felon, sale of Schedule I heroin, meth possession with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver, and sale of Schedule II cocaine.

Clayton Buck Baker, 26, of Crestview: controlled substance possession without a prescription.

Salvador Howard Bertubin, 48, of Crestview: probation violation.

Cory Eben Perron, 36, of Baker: probation violation.

Christopher James Hayes, 56, of Crestview: petit larceny, third or subsequent conviction.

John Wilson Spicer, 51, of Baker: probation violation.

Jacob Lee Price, 19, of Fort Walton Beach: armed burglary of a dwelling, structure or conveyance, theft totaling $300 to $5,000 and grand larceny of a firearm.

Steven Edward Shultz, 33, of Baker: weapon or ammunition possession by a convicted Florida felon, and controlled substance possession without a prescription.

Rayshawn Durrell Shoffner, 24, of Crestview: four counts of unlawful possession or sale of a controlled substance.

Richard Scott Holovack, 22, of Baker: out-of-county warrant.

Ervin Walker Jr., 26, of Crestview: unlawful possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and trafficking in a controlled substance, more than 14 grams of amphetamine.

Antonio McLaughlin, 36, of Crestview: two counts of burglary.

Dandre Ramar Smith, 26, of Crestview: unlawful possession or sale of a controlled substance.

Courtney Nicole Bussell, 21, of Morrow, Ohio: unlawful possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Scott Bryan Slavens, 57, of Crestview: unlawful possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Ellen Rae Caswell, 26, of DeFuniak Springs: unlawful possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Teresa Fountain Henley, 52, of Crestview: unlawful possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Heather Cherie Kelley, 26, of Crestview: retail theft over $300 and unlawful possession or sale of a controlled substance.

Latiedra Auriel McClain, 26, of Crestview: unlawful possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Ralexis Shirlene Tassin, 24, of Crestview: unlawful possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and violation of probation.

Jonathan Allen Hamburg, 37, of Crestview: unlawful possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Donald Edward Williams, of Crestview: aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.
