SHALIMAR — The Okaloosa County Sheriff's office issued a sexual predator change of address notice Aug. 16 for Terry Wayne Frazier, 32, of Baker.
Frazier's new address is 5214 Keyser Mill Road, Baker.
A white male, Frazier is five feet, eight inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes.
An Okaloosa court found him guilty of sexual battery on one female victim under the age of 12.
