A sexual predator has registered a Crestview address with the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office.
Terry Wayne Frazier, 32, now resides at 397 Oakdale Ave. W. in Crestview.
A white male with brown eyes and brown hair, he is five-feet-eight and weighs 155 pounds.
Frazier was convicted in February, 2003 of sexual battery by a juvenile on a female victim younger than 12. He was tried in Okaloosa County.
