CRESTVIEW— First-year Crestview High School softball Coach Holly Gibson's eyes light up at the very mention of Taylor Rolison's name.
Rolison, a junior pitcher for the Bulldogs, has led the way as Crestview is off to its best start in softball in recent years.
“I could not ask for a better athlete on my team,”Gibson said. “She’s a leader. She’s a hard worker.
“She has a great attitude. She’s a team player and she does what she needs to do when she needs to do it.”
Gibson said Rolison’s drive, and love of the game, are apparent every time she steps on the field, whether for a game or practice.
