NAVARRE — Two men have been arrested after they allegedly burglarized a Toyota 4Runner on Mercado Street early Wednesday morning.
Sean Alexander Banks, 19, and Parker Tray Ragsdale, 18, were arrested after Santa Rosa County sheriff's deputies responded to a suspicious persons complaint at 4 a.m. in the 2300 block of Avenida Del Sol and saw that they matched descriptions provided by a witness.
A deputy searched Banks and Ragsdale and found a $10 backpack with a fixed blade knife and sheath, two women’s rings valued at $600, two bandanas, a Ziploc bag with change and a $30 bottle of vape juice.
A search warrant was served at the teens' apartment at Cayo Grande. There, deputies found a runaway juvenile and multiple handguns. Numerous electronics, ammunition and narcotics also were found in the apartment.
Banks and Ragsdale were charged with three counts of burglary, three counts of possession of burglary tools and three counts of larceny.
The juvenile was arrested and charged with dealing in stolen property, theft of a handgun and possession of narcotics and paraphernalia.
Banks and Ragsdale were taken to the Santa Rosa County Jail. Banks had no bond and Ragsdale had an $11,000 bond.
