CRESTVIEW — The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office seeks information on a missing Holt teenager.
John Tracy Horak III was last seen around 5 p.m. Oct. 14, according to an OCSO “Missing Person” flyer.
He is approximately 5 feet tall and weighs 65 pounds; he has brown eyes and blonde hair.
