CRESTVIEW — The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office has charged a Crestview man with throwing a missile into a dwelling, vehicle or aircraft following a State Road 85 road rage incident on Sunday.
Thomas Biddle, 29, allegedly yelled at a driver in a black sedan as his wife passed it at high speed and pulled alongside it before throwing a water bottle at the car from the passenger's side window.
The bottle hit the chest of a motorcyclist traveling approximately 70 miles an hour behind the Biddles, the sheriff's office stated.
Deputies say the Crestview resident’s actions created a hazard that had the potential to cause great bodily harm or even death to the motorcyclist.
