CRESTVIEW — The University of West Florida Small Business Development Center will host a "Starting a Business" workshop.
The event is 1-4:30 p.m. May 11 at the Crestview Area Chamber of Commerce, 1447 Commerce Drive, Crestview.
Attendees will learn the essentials for getting started in business, including idea evaluation, legal business structures, regulations and licensing, taxation and finding capital.
The cost to attend is $50 per person and free for UWF students and employees who present a Nautilus card. Pay online, by phone or at the door (cash or check).
