PARKVILLE, MISSOURI — Park University’s Hill Air Force Base (Utah) Campus Center held its commencement ceremony on July 15 at the Davis Conference Center in Layton, Utah.
A Crestview resident was among 90 graduates receiving their degrees at the ceremony.
Jeff Moultrie of Crestview earned a Bachelor of Science degree in social psychology.
